Painter and sculptor. Founder, along with Georges Braque, of Cubism. Was a member of many artistic movements that spread throughout the world and heavily influenced other artists of the same period. Picasso worked in many genres including drawing, printmaking, book illustration, ceramics and stage and costume design for theatre.
