Work description
Landscape appears as a consistent reference, translating vernacular architectures into ceramic installations or blowing eccentric pieces of glass that reflect ultra-modern, technologically alienated skyscrapers. These formal concerns include issues of globalisation and loss of cultural identity.
The contrast with the traditional and disused procedures employed invites questions about the ethical emergency and moral nihilism in world-building, a process related to first-hand observations of my geographical environement as an osmotic absorbency of the contexts in which I work. S.R.M.
